Pole rentals can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty at least 8 hours before your booked time slot. 

Late cancellations will be forfeited, therefore strictly non-refundable. We kindly ask that you cancel your original booking should you need to reschedule at least 8 hours in advance. Please email us hello@foxypolestudio.com for credit refund once cancelled. 

Simply rent out the time you would like to book by the hour to enjoy our studio at your own desire. All bookings have to be made online through our website. Minimum rental is 1 hour with the ability for 30 mins increments. 

We have two booking types: 

• Single Pole – This is an individual booking. Strictly one person to one pole. There could be a fellow dancer or two booking a time slot as you do, hence kindly stay to your dedicated pole that you’ve booked for. 

• Whole Studio – for private use of the entire studio for yourself or with your friends. This also applies to your professional photoshoots/videoshoots. 

That’s where our lounge space is for. It’s where your girlfriends/boyfriends can lounge and do some work emails while they wait for you. We will limit it to one guest per paid Foxy user. 

We allow a 10 minute grace period and anything beyond that, you’ll be charged for the next half hour rate. That doesn’t mean you can abuse our grace period, we still do expect you to anticipate your departure in a timely manner. We ask that you exit the main room where the dance floor is as soon as your time slot is up, so the next user who has reserved the time slot after you can enter comfortably. Our security system is designed to oversee these circumstances. Therefore, kindly understand that Foxy Pole Studio is a shared community space for all. 

Foxy Pole Studio is a flexible use space. Give us a heads up 48 hours prior to your booked time slot at help@foxypolestudio.com

We’d like to invite you to a few House Rules when at the studio: 

POLE                

Please wipe off the poles and other equipment (mats/blocks) cleanly with  our alcohol solution provided as a common courtesy for our other users. Please also return the equipment back to the original place where they belong. 

AC      

There’s a remote responsible for all ACs on the dance floor attached to the wall close to our sound system. Check that you have turned off all the ACs and lights before you exit. 

BATHROOM   

Lets keep our spaces tidy and clean by disposing of any trash into the bins provided in our studio. Strictly no food and drink items are allowed to be disposed of inside our studio. 

SAFETY 

You shall take responsible care of your own health and safety while using our studio facilities. By using our studio’s facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks such as personal injury caused by yourself and/or your guests. Make sure your body is warmed up before conducting any physical activities. Stay safe!
