Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

For any unforeseen circumstances, cancellation/rescheduling can be done more than 8 hours prior to your booked time slot(s). Any cancellations made less than the 8 hour window prior to your booked slot(s) will strictly be non-refundable. Please email us at help@foxypolestudio.com for your studio refund. 

Overstaying in the studio: 

Please be reminded to leave punctually. Over usage of the studio later than a 10 minutes grace period shall be chargeable to you for the next half hour rate.
